Last week the trucks waited on Spring Road until 7 am and then started their garbage pick up (backing up down the street I might add!), but this week they were back at it again before 7. I know this because I heard the trucks and sent my husband running to put out our green bin - he had to go to the next house since they were already passed when he got outside. The time was 6:51am according to 680 news which was playing on the radio. Our neighbour, two doors down also had to make a run for the truck with his bin. I wonder if anyone missed the collection again since they were probably collecting on the street for about 10 minutes by the time I heard them. Perhaps a call to the police to have the driver ticketed for having the truck on Parkside Drive before 7 am is the next step.
