we are fed up with the violent and careless way workers throw emptied recycling bins into planted flower strips along the street destroying costly plants, or onto the middle of sidewalks making walking - especially for handicapped persons or people with baby carriages - almost impossible. Please instruct workers to put bins back to where they picked them up ... with more care for planted areas, which we take great pains to cultivate for everyone to enjoy.
