Description
Large dead elm tree on Stafford Ave adjacent to 2401 Hanover (side gate). Tree has large limbs falling on 2401 and sidewalk. Hazard to pedestrians, cars,and property not to mention the children on there way to Fox School next month. Please remove this tree.
