Stafford Ave Beside 2401 Hanover Ave - Monroe WardMaybe a better place to park this vehicle would be the old GRTC facility at Cary and Stafford Aves. There's lots of art there. Or the owner could park it in front of Fox School at least till school starts. The 200 block of Stafford has 26 dwelling units and while we all love art we desperately need the parking. This vehicle hasn't moved in a month and should be towed.
