During the storms that hit Richmond on June 18 a tree fell in my backyard. The tree has been cut up and placed along the property line with alley in the backyard. I am requesting that storm debris removal for not only mine, but for all alleys in Bellevue, as many other neighbors have also lined up storm debris along the property lines in the alleys
