Description
This is the second time that a large amount of water was released from the cul-de-sac at the eastern end of Chabot Road. Very mysterious. there are 2 PG and E manhole covers at the cul-de-sac it's not clear whether the water is coming from them or whether some sort of a water truck was at the cul-de-sac and released a large amount of water
