Description

This chair has been on the greenbelt for weeks and this morning a drunk man was passed out in it. In addition this property has tons of debris in the yard and porches and an unreported wood deck right next to the sidewalk. Three young children live there. Would someone from code enforcement or DCF please come check it out?
