The sidewalk at this intersection is completely obstructed with garbage. The garbage pile is enormous and dangerous. This is either an illegal dumping site or a tremendously large homeless encampment gone bad.

This has been there for awhile. It's probably both, but no Oakland city leader cares. This seems to be the norm for Oakland lately

I've seen this cornerbe clean up to have the homeless come back again hours later :( no solution
