This has been going on for months, not weeks. New junk shows up continuously. Hard to understand what is going on there. It really smells bad too. Thank you Ms Alfaro for anything you can do.

I've lived in Devonwood for 30 years. That house was perfect when I listed it and it was sold. These people do not care but my family cares. They've had several dogs and disregard whatever neighbor tries to tell them about their house and dogs. Something needs to be done asap!!!!!!

that stuff has been removed from that yard its waiting to be picked up by trash company and that jeep is not on blocks it clearly has tires on it

An improvement already. A home is a major investment and should be treated as such. No one should have to be told to keep their property presentable, they should take pride in their home inside and out. When a home and the landscaping is taken care of, it keeps the property values up for everyone.

The Code Enforcement Administrator has closed this case. The violation has been corrected.
