The plate in my photo requires attention as soon as possible, the road is heavily traveled by trucks within the Port of Oakland, and is a hazard to autos, once there was asphalt which enabled a smooth transit, now I avoid driving over the plate, for fear of it moving and causing serious damage to my vehicle.
