Description

Clifton Street NW , between 1100&1200 is one-way going East Bound. Vehicles in the morning turn off 11th Street NW and drive into on-coming traffic with complete disregard to high level of pedestrian safety risk, especially children and persons with disabilities. Photo provided to show one-way direction. Problem is especially troubling during school drop-off and pickups.
