The traffic light at Beam Ave and Hwy 61 could use a professional review. There is a green arrow going east/west, but many drivers from the west (Costco direction) either A) go in the wrong lane and go straight through when they don't have a green, or B) go through the red light to turn south onto Highway 61.

There are many accidents at this intersection, and it's been happening for a while. A possible solution would be to have only one direction have a green at a time, or have a longer green signal coming from Costco/the mall.
