Curb and sidewalk at this intersection failed in attempt to correct ADA accesses and ignored the fact the proximity to schools, transits stops, parks and recreational facilities, including the level of pedestrian activity, particularly of children and persons with disabilities. Current intersection raises the risk level of pedestrian safety, based on functional classification of the street, vehicular traffic volume and speed: and line of sight conditions.
