The city recently installed a HAWK light at this crossing. I have had several instances where drivers do not stop despite the pedestrian walk signal and a solid red light. Perhaps having police enforcement to enforce this new light might help. Also the white line at which vehicles are supposed to stop is very close to the light. Perhaps moving it back.
