Homeless encampment; poses a threat to pedestrian traffic. Can not utilize sidewalk and the safety that it offers to pedestrians. Foot traffic is forced to walk on street, exposing themselves to passing vehicles to move pass encampment.

Please email the mayor and district city leader and demand answers why these encampments are being allowed on public sidewalks. Oakland does have a sit,lie law which is not being enforced
