Months (!!!) ago the sidewalk on the north side of Bloor, from about Dufferin to Ossington was torn up for pipe work. Bad asphalt job was done "temporarily". From the disable to the able-bodied, trip, stumble, and generally make their way awkwardly across this stretch. When is it going to be properly fixed?
