Description
Stakes and green tape recently erected demarcating legal driveway moved to the side allowing driving/parking on lawn. I don't know if the stakes and tape were mandated by DPW due to repeated parking on lawn violations or not. If they were, they have been moved.

The Department of Public Works would not normally be involved with driveways except for the width of the curb cut and use of the right of way near the curb of this property.
The Code Enforcement Department was in contact with the property owner when tickets were previously issued to vehicles parked off the driveway here. The property owner had the stakes installed to provide time for the grass to grow and reestablish the area as grass to differentiate where tenants can and cannot park.
