Homeless using a blue waste mgmt recycling bin and shopping cart to hold up their plastic tarp for a roof for their make shift tent right next to the side driveway enterance of Mission Bank-across from 179 Julian Ave. The "tent" is hidden by the white truck that is parked in the street next to it.
Bet ya the truck is damaged by the homeless living in the "tent" by morning. 2. Other occupied homeless Latino tents on Julian at 15th St in the side of El Centro Latino Senior Center which of now has broken windows and is now covered in grafetti in rhe side of their property since the city has allowed the homeles to camp out in residential neighborhoods. How many Navigation Hotels are in operation now?
5 or 6? If the city wont legally remove them from the tents the Navigation Hotels will become regular housing for rent paying tenbants.....watch
