This is probably an issue that you should call the non-emergency police number about. It will get a faster response.

On street parking is allowed on Dorthea Drive, on both sides. This is no different than other ITB neighborhoods where this is allowed. If you would like you can petition parking services to make one side non-parking but we expect that neighbors may be upset about that giving how small driveways are in the neighborhood. In addtion this street is residential, thus a 25 MPH speed limit, which allows for this type of crowded situation.
