Thanks for trying Sylvia - but as you know, it is not worth your getting hurt by a criminal who considers it to be their "right" to dump in our area. Be Safe.
Meanwhile - why is there no apparent enforcement or proactive and presentation campaign to mitigate this by the City? PLEASE City EXPLAIN this failure to perform? Should I conclude the they PREFER it be less effective and effective and therefore MORE expensive to handle this insane issue?
PS: Again, as I have said for years, it is a shame that the City workers are muzzled and refuse-cannot engage the community in this forum.
