Green camper van license 7DGY866 and silver sedan license 6KFM922 have been parked illegally, not moving for street sweeping otherwise for 5+ weeks. Site of many other issues that affect the taxpaying residents here, and we wonder why the owner(s) can park here, creating heaps of trash and being every kind of nuisance, while the city doesn't penalize the behavior.
