Garbage the homeless guys dumped under the tree, please remove.

If this were Canada, the church members would adopt these folks to try and help them out. Homelessness can only be ended one person at a time.

Churches And city leaders need to try to come together and come up with solutions Instead of letting the homeless wreck havoc all over Oakland. Some toes need to be stepped on. If this church allows this than they need to put up a toilet, pay garbage fees, and feed them (wishful thinking)
