There was a fire just over the fence from this area last year because of loitering and smoking activities that go on in this area. It is a real problem.

This is behind our homes in green belt area between homes off of Promenade and by the back corner of the Ashtons apts. This issue has been going on for years and I’ve reported it twice before this. It resulted in a fire about 5 years ago. Loitering and dumping. This property is owned by the homes up the hill
