This woman has been on Clement for maybe more than a year now. apparently she was evicted, speaks very little english and while you do see her talking on her phone ( and might think she would have someone that could help her ) it's also a possibility she's either lost it or just trying to look normal. At least she's very neat and able to appear fresh all the time.
