Description
This maple tree is rotten starting at the middle and going up to the top. It continually drops branches, some medium to medium-large, on the street and on the cars that park below. Earlier this year a very large branch fell that could have injured someone. One of the branches is also entangled in the power, cable, and telephone lines.
