Descripción

There has been 3 sofas and a mattress dumped outside of a number of apartments for a few weeks now. It has been an eyesore and now, last night, someone has moved them so they are in the middle of the street blocking traffic on one side.

I can't tell the exact address of the apartment/condos but they are on Kilgore Ave. 27607 at the corner of Phelps.
