Description

Left turn arrow signal from 2nd Street to Old Milton Pkwy at Avalon is inconsistent. You can sit through 3+ rotations and the left turn arrow remains red. Although the green light for straight traffic gets through the rotation every time. You can sit up to 5+/- minutes waiting for the left turn arrow to change from red to green.
