I have reported 3 other lights previously which have been out for six months along the AlphaLoop and the city has not repaired them. The city should provide a status update as to when residents can expect repairs to take place.

City of Alpharetta are you going to assign this one to Georgia Power like you did a new request?

it was reported to GA Power but I will report it again.

The City has completed the replacement/repair of those lights that we own and maintain along the Thompson Street section of the AlphaLoop. Those that remain non-functioning are owned/maintained by Georgia Power.

The City notified Georgia Power of those outages several weeks ago and continues to check in with the company to ensure these lights do not fall off their radar.

Is there a way to know if it is Georgia Power or the City? This is the one outside my house that has not been on in a year.

If there is a yellow number or a Georgia Power metal plate at the bottom of the post then those belong to GA Power.

Georgia Power said this is not their light.

This month hits 2 years and Alpharetta and Georgia Power state this is not theirs. Anyone have a light kit and I’ll fix it myself.

We are going on 2.5 years to get these lights fixed on the Alpharetta Loop in front of Foundry homes.

I called Georgia Power just a few moments ago and reported this to them again. I was assured that it would be repaired.

If it does not get repaired please contact Georgia Power at the number on the light post as this is not a City of Alpharetta light.
