2 construction trucks have been parked overnight for week-plus on municipal property, 1 truck having low-slung cargo loading chassis that damaged curbing behind E.M.S. building. Merchantville ordinance prohibits overnight parking of trucks in Borough. These trucks are not in an enclosed construction area. Vehicles are labeled "Joseph Cuzzupe, 650 Park Rd, Cherry Hill" which is located just 5 miles away. Among recent municipal resolutions Cuzzupe is not listed as being contracted by Merchantville for municipal work. Joseph Cuzzupe is not a Merchantville resident although he is an investor in local business properties with residents/officials.

Is Ordinance not being enforced? Will Cuzzupe be required to repair damaged curbing?

Whom should I contact for permission to park a truck owned by out-of-state visitor to Merchantville on occasions? He was denied overnight parking on the same lot in the past.
