Please state why this case is invalid as it is completely legitimate. This issue described herein decreases the quality of life for all surrounding residents. Visitors taking Marta are greeted by this deplorable sight of imenss poverty on their way to visit mid town Houston.

Hi Brandon. Who is it that keeps closing, opening, and marking as invalid? Is it the city? I'm a newbie to this app. I am more than happy to keeping getting these notifications until something is done though. The situation at this intersection is getting out of hand and I think has actually gotten worse since the Mayor's press conference. Thanks for your persistence!
txagwig07: 311 keeps closing case as "Request is Invalid". Please join the movement to fix this for once and for all. There is a meeting at the Montrose Center, Tuesday at 7pm to address this failure of tax dollars and squalid mess. Please do assist in keeping this post open and defund 311!
