What about the front door- big hole where the door knob is supposed to be AND the peeling paint on a building that desperately needs painting. BTW kids are in this property so there could be lead issues with the peeling paint and I believe the owner is responsible for maintaining the front of his property weeds etc? Also the top side of the building needing pointing to prevent more bricks from falling out out. This visible from the adjoining lot. This building is a poor example of compliance and sets a really low bar/standard for our neighborhood.
