Case Resolved
Spoke with supervisor, Greg Fee. The vehicles do have a obstruction permits for alley and No parking zones up to 2hours. The company is working on the adjacent building with very limited parking options. The vehicles are against the south wall of the Unitedway building; outside the fire lane and the yellow loading doors of the 701 building with ample space for vehicles to pass. The company is willing to move vehicles if necessary for large trucks to pass if necessary also. Mr. Fee was advised to contact traffic engineer to see if he can get his permit extended hours or some meters hooded for parking purposes. This work however should be complete by Friday afternoon.
