Description
Deep pothole. No sign next to it.
When I was driving there yesterday, one of my wheels got in it. The impact was large enough so the tire went flat immediately. Please fix it or at least put a sign next to it.

For the city. please have the contractor go back and redo this - and if the concrete was bad for this spot, it may be bad in surrounding areas and may have to be dug out and redone.

Chris,
Your tenant should call National Grid, which worked at this intersection, to file a complaint and ask for the reimbursement of the tire replacement. The National Grid Claims Department phone number: 315-428-6536.
This is the response I received from the City Hall: "National Grid has a permit for the work [at this intersection] which means they are responsible for the restoration work and liable for any issues resulting from their work."
