Broken, crumbling, destroyed shoulder along the Cutler Road/191 in Machiasport/Whiting. ME DOT came through and painted the white lines along the shoulder, including the places where there is no shoulder. Please replace this road (not just throw a layer of tar over it). Also, potholes everywhere for miles.
