Today at12:30 pm while waiting for traffic light at corner of 6th & Smith, I witnessed homeless woman crawl out from under railroad car used for business. She pulled up her pants, lifted her shirt to adjust her bra. Within one minute a man crawled out from under same railroad car. Both walked east bound on 6th St. Both were white with light hair, age unknown. The homeless issue has hit a new low in Corona!
