Since the new building at the corner of 2nd and Canal is open and cars are allowed to park along side the building it is impossible for cars trying to turn from South 2nd Street onto to Canal to see oncoming traffic thus creating a huge traffic hazard. 2nd Street is one of the main streets for accessing the Downtown Expressway and now we cannot see oncoming traffic from 2nd street. I contacted VDOT but they referred me to you.
