This is not correct. There is still old tree branches and yard debris behind my residence. It has not been picked up. Please return and collect/dispose of them. Thank you.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.

Home owner (myself) paid a private individual to haul branches away due to Richmond City's delay and lack of efficient and effective operations. Poor customer service, very dissatisfied.

This ticket is closed in the City's Work Order system.
