The Phoenix Commons is at 340 29th Avenue in Oakland, CA.
Our newly constructed building has a total of 5 new street lamps (3 on 29th Ave. and 2 on Glascow St.). None of these street lights are working and property crime is on the rise here in the neighborhood. I would like to have someone check them and see why they are not working and fix them. The numbers on the poles are N00001, N00002, N00003, N00004, and N00005.
