Description

There is a city sewer man hole cover on my driveway. Some years ago the sewer structure deteriorated to such a point that the city had to come and tear up the lower part of the driveway and rebuild the sewer itself. I am concerned now because a deepening hole in the driveway has appeared near the man hole cover (pictures attached). I would appreciate it if the DGS could take a look at the issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
