This is most likely Caltrans' jurisdiction but there are two really bad linear ruts or potholes as one drives on Broadway just past the overpass on the way to northbound 101 (or to Bayside). It's dangerous for motorcyclists, and for motorists because it's from a downhill, they're unexpected and drivers do abrupt maneuvers to avoid them. I'm afraid someone will get into a rear ender there or someone going out of control when they hit those things at a poor angle.
