Description

In a recent downpour the roadway in front of Birchwood Park was flooded, making it impassable to many vehicles. This was due to the covering of a storm sewer in front of Birchwood Park where the city put up fencing to store gravel and large equipment. The access point has a ramp, and that is what covers the storm sewer. Rather poor planning.
