What's wrong with an ongoing scientific experiment in the center of town? Who wouldn't want to see what kind of organism emanates from the shmootz that inhabits that "solar"(?) bin?

I've made two returns visits to ashleys. Each time I spoke to the manager. At the first of those visits he claimed that bfd dept of public works had instructed him not to touch it as it was town property. That prompted me to check directly with pw and they said there was no such directive. When I informed the mgr he cited things the town does not do for him! I though I could appeal to his sense of civic and business pride as this unsightly mess is right in front of his business! I was there a couple of days ago and it is still not cleaned!

fotondoc, you would think with the amount of time you have to make all these complaints you could show some civic pride and clean it instead of harassing our public works departments and one of Branford's treasured local businesses.
