Descripción
Both sides of 12th Ave North NE, north of 175 is covered in trash and litter. The used fast food containers are attracting birds and rats and mice. The issue is ongoing due to the lack of parking, or cost of parking for Polaris residents. The result is the street has become a parking lot where people smoke and dispose of their trash before walking to Polaris.
