Description

Why does the city not follow the metal signs that are already on the streets (however faded and illegible some may be) for street sweeping? instead, they have to travel around posting paper signs on trees and then Robo-call everyone as if this were an emergency. This is a lot of work to sweep seemingly at random, temporarily change a system, and to ignore the schedule already in place. Furthermore, anyone who is out of town for more than one day cannot react to the temporary sign posting and Robo-calls to move his/her car. The more Robo-calls I get, the more I want to ignore them: something is wrong when true emergencies such as a hurricane or a drug overdose epidemic are alerted with the same immediacy as street sweeping schedule change boondoggles...
