Description

Vacant Lot at 10 Elm St., pass by it every morning when I walk along Kennedy on my to JSQ. It is such an eyesore to our community and completely ignored by whoever the owner is.

Please have the owner place a fence around the lot and install and sidewalk in front of the lot.
