If it has /or has not been resolved....the investigation results need to be posted on this site...letting everyone know how and when it was handled..

Keep it open...because the code Compliance needs to keep a watchful eye out on this...there's a lot of violations going on constantly on this construction site fiasco.....the pollution is way out of control..very bad environmental impact nightmare..people also parking on the sidewalk..ignoring metered parking areas altogether..etc...a huge amount of problems.

Call EBMUD, tell them what's happening. They are the one's who install/maintain hydrants. If necessary, call OPD.

Keep it open...there's still a lot of code enforcement violations going on over here...same as described above....Keep an eye on it...a lot gets covered up with a big green tarp...screening out the stuff going on inside this "greenlighted" environmental nightmare.
