Issue has been fixed. PWS cleaned debris out of the ditch and cleaned the pipes. Thank you!

I'm not sure where you went or what you did, but I'm standing here looking at the ditch (or lack thereof) and it has not been touched. We need you to DIG out the flat spot that sends water across the street into our driveway. Dig out a drainage ditch so that water flows on down the street. That's the one area in that side of the street where there isn't a real drainage ditch so water flows down the street until it hits that spot and then backs up and crosses the street. PLEASE!!

To further explain, we weren't asking for a few twigs to be picked up. It's the sediment (dirt/rocks) that have settled in that spot/built up over time that prevents the water flow.

OK. We've been asking (and waiting) for help for months. Is the City responsible for proper drainage on city streets? Yes or no. If yes, when will you put a proper drainage ditch across from our house? If no, please tell me that you are not going to fix this problem and we will talk to our neighbors and try to hire someone to dig a proper drainage ditch before our yard is completely ruined and our house flooded.
