Opis

Eight days ago I reported two cave-ins on Avon (Request #2810336). These have not been repaired but the report was changed to "closed" yesterday. It is my understanding that the City of Memphis has a policy of repairing damaged streets within one week of reporting. Why was this issue closed without resolution?
