The issue was evaluated on 6/28/16.
The cause of the erosion at the intersection is caused by a water a service line leak on private property. The property owner has been advised to make the repairs as soon as possible.
When the water leak repairs are completed, Public Works staff will repair the erosion of asphalt at the intersection. The repairs of the water line should be completed the week of July 4th.

It's a shame that all this water is wasted

Still not fixed. The pothole is getting wider.

The issue is currently being addressed by City staff with the property owner to make the repairs of the leak on the private property. The water leak issue is expected to be addressed by 7/15/2016.

Getting wider everyday

The property owner at 1306 Central Ave contacted the Public Works Department on 7/18/16 and advised that the leak on the property's service line will be addressed by a plumber on 7/19/16. The pothole will be repaired immediately after the leak has been repaired.
