This issue has been addressed and the vehicle will be left plugged in. The vehicle must be left to charge over the weekend so that it is ready to use on Monday morning. Unfortunately, there is not a charging station for Town vehicles in the back of the building. There is another charging station at the Library for public use. Thank you.

If it just needs to charge over the weekend, perhaps it could be parked in back and plugged into a standard 115V outlet. It's a slower charge, but will have no problems with a weekend.

Thank you for the suggestion. We will look into that as an option to free up the space in the front for the public.

The Ford C-Max Energi will charge from empty to full in about 6-8 hours on a standard 120v outlet. Using a regular outlet in the back of the building is a great solution rather than blocking a public charging station for an entire weekend that an EV owner may need to use to get home or to their destination.
